We collect only the data necessary to conduct fair and verifiable elections, including:

• Administrator and election setup details
• Voter identification data provided by authorized institutions
• Anonymous vote submissions and participation timestamps
• Technical metadata (device type, IP address, logs) for fraud detection and system auditing

We do not collect or track personal information unrelated to the election process, such as browsing history or geolocation.

VoteAurora processes collected information solely to:

After election results are confirmed, identifiable data is permanently deleted or anonymized within 90 days unless retention is required by law or institutional request.

• With the contracting institution for administrative and audit purposes
